Ascle+ Training Programs
Overview
HCISR designs training courses and applied projects that connect learning with community impact. These initiatives integrate education, civic engagement, and wellbeing through empowerment programming, civic learning, and public-health workshops developed with local partners and through EU-funded collaborations.
Each initiative combines academic insight with hands-on engagement, encouraging participants to connect theory with social responsibility. Programs are flexible in format and designed to meet the needs of universities, community groups, and organizations seeking applied, impact-oriented learning.

Sample Modules
• Civic and public- Civic Literacy in Practice – a hands-on module developed with cultural and municipal partners to strengthen youth participation and dialogue.
• Digital Skills for Social Good – practical training sessions on accessible digital tools and ethical communication for NGO staff and volunteers.
• Wellness & Work Habits – evidence-based strategies for balancing wellbeing and performance, delivered through community and university workshops.
• Public Health in the Community – applied sessions on health messaging and outreach co-run with local health NGOs.
• Storytelling for Impact, a creative lab where participants transform data and field findings into audience-ready narratives.

All activities are non-clinical and align with HCISR’s code of conduct, GDPR, and informed-consent principles.
